What information is needed to request a steel quotation?

Short answer
For each line: product, specification (dimensions or section designation and thickness), steel grade, and quantity with its unit. For the request as a whole: delivery location, required date, any drawings or technical specifications, and contact details. The more precise the data, the faster and more accurate the quotation.
For each line item

- Detailed delivery location (city and area)
- Required delivery date
- Drawings or bills of quantities, if available
- Certificate or inspection requirements
- Preferred contact method
